Terms & Conditions

Royal Phantom Charter provides party bus rental services, including transportation to various venues within the Las Vegas area. Our services include a professional driver for the duration of the rental period and may include additional amenities as specified at the time of booking.

Payments:
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms stated at booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, and full payment must be received before service commencement.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of any deposit made. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

Passenger Conduct:
All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the vehicle, driver, and any third-party properties. Inappropriate or destructive behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Liability & Damages:
Royal Phantom Charter is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle or property during the rental. Any damage fees will be charged to the client accordingly. We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or misuse of our services.

Additional Information:
Please allow at least 6 hours’ notice for shuttle bus bookings.
Airport pick-ups are available.
Complimentary cups and ice are provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair and smooth experience, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund of any deposits paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service, no-shows, or late arrivals. Please notify us as early as possible to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
